Woodland Landscapes
When you look out of your window in most housing developments you will see mainly houses and roads. From ours you will just see trees! Underground garages and sunken roads keep cars out of sight, and with comprehensive screening provided by extensive use of mature trees and shrubs, we will surround you with nature!
Carbon Zero
Large solar panel arrays, heat pumps, and high levels of insulation are all combined to ensure that each home generates more power each year than a typical resident will use, giving a surplus to send back to the grid! This will make a strong contribution to combating climate change whilst also providing substantial cost savings. Residents will have very low energy costs and many will get negative bills!
Sustainable housing
All our designs are carbon-zero as a minimum, and we have also focused on environmentally sustainable materials and construction processes in order to deliver real benefits across the whole development.
Integration with nature
We aim to create an environment that feels like living in the countryside, with extensive use of mature trees and shrubs. These have been carefully selected to deliver optimum carbon capture and improve biodiversity.
Self-build
We support innovative design and will offer around 50% self-build plots on each of our sites for customers that share our environmental vision. We will provide the woodland landscape, sunken roadways, and all services, leaving you free to design and build your ideal Carbon Zero EcoHome.
We also offer Custom-build homes, allowing you to choose from a selection of designs, each of which can be customised to your exact requirements.
Partnerships
We are looking to collaborate with like minded partners to combine expertise and resources. This could include jointly acquiring land; sharing an existing site; or working together to optimise design and construction. Our eco plans and designs will maximise the prospects for securing planning permission and will also assist with planning compliance.
